December 25 is celebrated as Good Governance Day to commemorate the birth anniversary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. A great statesman and a capable leader, he was a doyen of Indian politics. When UK Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab was here last week, he had publicly confirmed the Prime Minister s acceptance to come to India on the Republic Day next year.
