Memorial Day, long considered the unofficial start of summer is both an important day to celebrate all who served.
Families throughout the U.S. also use the extended holiday as an opportunity to spend some quality time with their loved ones. Of course, no amusement park trip would be complete without a thrilling roller coaster ride or five, or ten.
But, with so many roller coaster options across the nation to choose from, picking one can be just as daunting as working up the courage to strap in. Luckily theme park experts and roller coaster fans have determined which ones are top-tier rides, according to 10 Best.com – a travel review website under USA Today.

Now holding the current title, Silver Dollar City is appealing to loyal fans and friends to keep the streak going by voting once a day on every device through June 20, a news release said. Arvest Bank has added three new affinity debit cards to its lineup of offerings.
The new affinity debit cards come just weeks after Arvest Bank and Silver Dollar City announced a multi-year sponsorship, in which the bank became the “Official Sponsor of Family Fun” at Silver Dollar City Attractions.
Those attractions include the theme park, White Water water park, the Showboat Branson Belle and the Silver Dollar City Campground.
The sponsorship provides Arvest customers exclusive discounts on admission that they can take advantage of the entire season. Customers who use their Arvest debit card to purchase one-day admission tickets at the entrance to Silver Dollar City, White Water or the Showboat Branson Belle will receive customer savings every time they visit those attractions.
