I KICKED COVID TO THE CURB!  CAMPAIGN LAUNCHED I kicked COVID to the curb! That’s the new campaign Westchester County has launched to encourage Westchester County teens and young adults to get vaccinated for COVID-19.  The campaign includes a PSA with New York Knick and Ossining native Obi Toppin and Knick Immanuel “IQ” Quickley. Along with the New York Knicks PSA, the County is also launching an aggressive social media campaign, hosting a youth town hall May 13 to answer questions young people might have about the vaccine and is partnering with local schools, libraries and more to directly get the information in the hands of the young people and their parents.

COVID-19: Immediate Appointments For Vaccines Available At Westchester Community College

Read / Add Comments For those still searching out a COVID-19 vaccine, Westchester County health officials are offering immediate appointments to anyone age 18 and older. Appointments are available from Friday, April 23 through Tuesday, April 27 at Westchester Community College in Valhalla. During the vaccine event, health officials will be giving the Moderna vaccine to anyone 18 years of age or older. To receive the vaccine you must be able to return to the college in 28 days for a second dose. You will need to sign up for the clinic on the state s website, but appointments are immediately available. If you need assistance registering, please call 914-995-7425.

Canceled appointments at White Plains vaccination site to be rescheduled News 12 Staff Updated on:Feb 23, 2021, 10:34am EST Appointments are being rescheduled for patients whose second COVID-19 dose at the White Plains vaccination site on Court Street was canceled. Health officials tell News 12 that people who had an appointment on Feb. 17, 18, 19, 20 or 22 will be rescheduled. People should expect an email or a phone call. New appointments will be at Westchester Community College in Valhalla.
