Keighley support group offers someone to talk to on Christmas Day

Missing Peace Wellbeing + Support will be available on Zoom between 12.30pm and 2.30pm. Nick Smith, founder of Missing Peace, said: “Mental health doesn’t stop for Christmas – in fact for many people, it can be worse. We will be running our usual Friday peer support group on Christmas Day on Zoom. Everyone is welcome!”. Missing Peace provides mental health and wellbeing support. It stages weekly peer support groups and one-to-one sessions. Also, it runs Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Seminar I courses and Seminar II training, Intentional Peer Support (IPS) Core Principle training and peer supervision sessions – as well as offering Reiki treatments and courses, meditation and essential oils.
