A Kentucky musician is helping promote a scholarship program available to students at universities all across the commonwealth.
Rapper B. Stille with the group Nappy Roots appeared in a virtual press conference Tuesday alongside officials with the Kentucky Community and Technical College System. Together they were raising awareness for the Work Ready Kentucky Scholarship Program.
Stille discussed how higher education has long been a major part of his life and how he wanted to promote opportunities for others in the state.
