Date Time Police lay charges – Recklessly endanger serious harm – Palmerston Northern Territory police have charged a man in relation to a number of offences in Gray this month. In one incident on 18 July 2021, police allege the man used a motor vehicle to ram into another vehicle being driven by a 49-year-old man who was known to him. Strike Force Trident detectives, in conjunction with members from the Tactical Response Group and Dog Operations Unit, located and arrested the man yesterday. He was charged with: 1 x Recklessly endanger serious harm. 1 x Damage property. 1 x Drive vehicle dangerous pursuit. 1 x Drive at speed dangerous.

Date Time Police make arrest – Aggravated robbery in Darwin City Northern Territory Police have arrested one youth in relation to two aggravated robberies that occurred in Darwin City overnight. At around 12:15am, four youths entered a service station on Smith Street and allegedly stole a number of items before assaulting a 26-year-old employee and fleeing the scene. Minutes later, it is alleged the same group assaulted and robbed a 19-year-old male walking along Daly Street. Strike Force Trident detectives and general duties police arrested a 16-year-old male in relation to the offences a short time later. He is currently in custody assisting police with enquiries.

Date Time Police lay charges – Criminal offences – Northern suburbs Northern Territory Police have charged a youth with multiple property offences in Darwin’s northern suburbs. The 13-year-old male was allegedly involved in a number of incidents between 23 June 2021 and 5 July 2021. Strike Force Trident detectives arrested the youth yesterday, he was charged with the following: 1 x Robbery in company 8 x Stealing 2 x Damage property He was remanded to appear before court today. Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Bland said, “It is always frustrating to see a youth charged with such a list of offences. NT Police will continue to work to keep the community safe.”

Date Time Police lay charges – Stolen vehicle at Bayview Northern Territory Police have arrested three youths and one adult in relation to a stolen vehicle in Bayview this morning. At approximately 2:45am, a vehicle was reported stolen from a residence on Dew Place. A short time later, police apprehended the vehicle on Tiger Brennan Drive using a tyre deflation device. Four females were apprehended at the scene, two aged 16, one 17 and one 19. Strike Force Trident detectives charged the 16-year-old driver with: 1 x Unlawful use of motor vehicle 1 x Unlawfully possess property 1 x Fail to obey direction of police officer 1 x Drive unlicensed

Date Time Police lay charges – Aggravated unlawful entry – Rapid Creek Northern Territory Police have arrested and charged a youth in relation to a number of unlawful entries on Saturday morning in Rapid Creek. A 17-year-old male allegedly unlawfully entered a property at around 5:30am and began going through a freezer before fleeing after being confronted by a 13-year-old occupant. The family quickly contacted police, who were in attendance when at around 6:15am they received a call from a woman who reported the alleged offender going through containers at the back of her residence in Rapid Creek. Upon arrival at the second location, police arrested the youth, who was found to be in possession of a number of tools and an edged weapon.

Date Time Police lay charges over property offences in Darwin area Northern Territory Police have charged a youth in relation to a multitude of property offences around Darwin and Palmerston. The 17-year-old female was arrested in Malak yesterday, for a number of property offences that had occurred between 21 and 31 March 2021. A search of her person resulted in the recovery of stolen property and the seizure of drugs. After being taken into custody the youth allegedly attempted to escape from police but was apprehended immediately. Strike Force Trident members have charged her with: 1 x Aggravated unlawful entry 1 x Stealing 2 x Unlawfully possess property
