Judge orders defiant Olympia restaurant to stop providing indoor dining KOMO News Staff © Provided by KOMO-TV Seattle OLYMPIA, Wash. – A Thurston County Superior Court judge has ordered a defiant Olympia restaurant to immediately stop providing indoor dining service in violation of statewide pandemic health restrictions. Farm Boy Drive In had already racked up more than $57,000 in fines from the Department of Labor and Industries for violating workplace safety and health requirements in the wake of defying the state s orders. Now, the restaurant s owners could face contempt of court charges if they violate the judge s temporary restraining order. A call to the restaurant Thursday was answered by an employee who stated they planned on still being open on Friday morning.
