SHEPHERDSTOWN Shepherdstown’s first ROCS Convenience Store gets close to completion along Martinsburg Pike, in this photograph from last Friday. The store is currently accepting online job applications. It is one of two new gas stations being planned for Shepherdstown this year, with land for a new Sheetz building having been bought near the Maddex Square stoplight. The new buildings will raise the number of Shepherdstown gas stations to four.
