In the video, a government worker who is only identified as “Zhou” pours water over her boss, throws books at him, and beats him with a mop. He had allegedly sent inappropriate text messages to Zhou and her co-workers. In the video, he reportedly tries to apologize and admits to the harassment as she attacks him with the mop. “It was just a joke,” he says, per Newser.
