Toronto police are giving more details about a murder from October that happened near Bathurst and Ranee Avenue in the city’s Lawrence Manor neighbourhood.
On October 7, 2020, 33-year-old Shane Shannon Stanford was shot and killed as he sat in his Acura Sedan near Bathurst and Highway 401.
At a news conference on Monday, homicide detective Michael McGinn said a motive has not yet been determined by investigators.
“I can say that Shane himself was not targeted specifically as an individual,” McGinn said.
