Delton Knight, the 64-year-old businessman who has been implicated in the shooting death of his son at their business place on Gordon Town Road in Papine, St Andrew earlier this month, is to return to court for a bail hearing on April 28.
The accused appeared in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Friday in relation to the alleged murder of 38-year-old Ruel Knight, a businessman of East Mountain Pride Avenue, Long Mountain, St Andrew.
The elder Knight was remanded in police custody until his next court appearance.
He was subsequently accosted and later questioned in the presence of his attorney, and was charged on Saturday, April 17.
