Written By: Keith Norman | × A Jamestown man is in custody pending charges of terrorizing after an incident that occurred in northeast Jamestown Monday afternoon. Kyle Wegleitner, 30, is being held in the Stutsman County Correctional Center awaiting charges of two counts of terrorizing. He was taken into custody at about 2:56 a.m. Tuesday in Jamestown by the Jamestown Police Department. Wegleitner is accused of becoming involved in an altercation between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of 7th Street Northeast, according to Justin Blinsky, assistant chief of the Jamestown Police Department.

Kyle Wegleitner, 30, is currently being held in the Stutsman County Correctional Center on two ending charges of terrorizing. He is accused of becoming involved in an altercation Monday afternoon in the 800 block of 7th street Northeast. Police say he was speaking to an acquaintance when another male pushing a bike approached. Police say he then brandished a weapon. He was accused of displaying a weapon and making threats to the same individual later in the afternoon. He was taken into custody just before 3 AM Tuesday.

Jordan McKay, either 32 or 33, faces charges of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of furanyl fentanyl with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Class B felonies, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia, an infraction.

Justin Blinsky, assistant chief of police. Gary Frederick Zinck Jr., 45, is in custody in the Stutsman County Correctional Center, arrested on suspicion of felony fleeing or attempting to elude police, felony reckless endangerment and on a North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation warrant of arrest. Zinck was also cited for possession of marijuana. Blinsky said a Jamestown police officer attempted to stop a 2009 Ford Focus for a traffic violation at 2:22 p.m. Thursday in the 800 block of 4th Avenue Northeast. The vehicle immediately fled from officers, driving in a reckless manner, according to Blinsky. The driver of the vehicle, Zinck, was later determined to be wanted on a warrant and had a passenger in the vehicle with him.
