Wallingford STEM camp for kids has NASA theme Wallingford STEM camp for kids has NASA theme Participants engage in a CT STEM Academy workshop on Jan. 31. Advertisement By Jareliz Diaz, Record-Journal staff WALLINGFORD — The Spanish Community of Wallingford and CT STEM Academy have partnered again to offer children in underrepresented communities a STEM camp this summer. This year s theme will be NASA Astro Camp.  CT STEM Academy partnered with NASA on their NASA ASTRO Camp. This camp takes place in communities throughout the country. Staff goes through training with NASA in order to be certified to offer the camp. Portions have been offered in the past through the Wallingford Parks and Recreation department.
