NORRISTOWN, PA The man who police say fired shots into the Montgomery County Democratic Party offices after the riots at the U.S. Capitol now faces federal charges.
Anthony Francis Nero, 48, of Eagleville, faces counts of sending threatening communications and cyberstalking, the U.S. Attorney s Office announced. The charges carry a maximum of 15 years in prison and a $500,000 fine. With this stolen election and Coup d etat, violence is the only language you bloodsuckers understand, Nero wrote in part of an email sent the day after the riots, which left five dead, police said.

JERSEYVILLE A Jerseyville man was charged in a sex assault against a teen-aged victim, and an Elsah man was charged with possession of firearms after having his Firearm Owners Identification Card card revoked in separate felony cases filed by the Jersey County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Christopher M. Quinn, 42, of Jerseyville, was charged March 5 with criminal sexual assault, a Class 1 felony.
According to court documents, on Feb. 23 Quinn allegedly sexually assaulted a 13-year-old minor.
Bail was set at $300,000.
In a separate case, Joshua T. McEuen, 34, of Elsah, was charged March 1 with possession of firearm with FOID revoked, a Class 3 felony.

NORRISTOWN â A Worcester man accused of emailing threats to and firing gunshots at the Montgomery County Democratic Committee headquarters in Norristown will be prosecuted on charges in federal court.
Anthony F. Nero, 48, of the 2600 block of Bean Road, was taken into custody by federal agents on Wednesday when he showed up for what was supposed to be his preliminary hearing on terrorism-related charges filed against him last month by county authorities, according to his lawyer, Timothy Woodward.
âTen minutes before the scheduled preliminary hearing I arrived and saw approximately six FBI agents whisking him (Nero) away and I was told they were filing federal terrorism charges,â said Woodward, recalling the events that unfolded about 9:20 a.m. outside the office of District Court Judge Margaret Hunsicker in Norristown.
