He was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 30 years.There was a clear intent to kill a police officer on March 21, 2020, as police tried to stop a suspect who was considered armed and dangerous, according to the Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters.Deters believes Springdale Officer Kaia Grant was murdered on purpose by Blankenship, saying he intentionally swerved his truck towards Grant as the chase came to a deadly end.She and Sgt.
