Pass holders will be asked to show their appointment letters, texts or emails to the bus driver.
There will be new signs directing people to the main vaccination centres at the nearby bus stations.
Our campaign also requests further reassurance for local communities from the Government and more easy-to-access information on the vaccine programme and its progress.
To help people get to existing vaccination sites, WYCA said there will also be additional and adapted services at the following locations:
Leeds: The Elland Road Park and Ride service will operate with buses at least every 10 minutes between Boar Lane in the city centre and the vaccination centre. A new bus stop close to the centre will be provided.

According to the latest data from Public Health England, a total of 20,325 cases of the virus have been confirmed in the district since March.
This includes 3,692 new cases confirmed since the start of the year.

However the seven day rate of Covid cases has continued to fall, and now stands at around 219 per 100,000 people, down from 250 per 100,000 last Monday.
But health chiefs have warned that it remains extremely important to follow all government guidance relating to the virus, as a rise in cases could see the district s health services overwhelmed.

Leeds United said it was delighted to host the centre at Elland Road.
In a tweet, the club said: LUFC are delighted to be part of #LeedsMakingHistory and host a vaccination centre at Elland Road. The NHS will contact you when it’s your turn to get vaccinated.
The Elland Road vaccination centre is not due to open for several weeks and all vaccines are administered by appointment only.
The Elland Road site is one of four large vaccination centres being set up in West Yorkshire
Anyone eligible for the vaccine will be contacted by the their GP surgery and people should only attend vaccination centres when they have booked an appointment through a national booking system.
