New Year s Eve began as an ordinary night relaxing in front of the TV for Jordanna Hounslow until an overwhelming emotion came over her and her heart broke for her unborn baby daughter Isabella.
The then 18-year-old was 38 weeks into her pregnancy and said she just knew something was wrong when she could no longer feel Isabella moving.
