By John Heinis/Hudson County View Diana Camacho, 52, of Jersey City – an employee of the Kiddie Academy in Hoboken – has been charged with second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, Suarez said in a statement. Camacho was arrested yesterday at approximately 4:45 p.m. at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office after she turned herself in. The HCPO Special Victims Unit was contacted by the Division of Child Protection and Permanency, Institutional Abuse Investigations Unit about possible abuse by Camacho, and as a result, launched an investigation.

Responding officers found a lifeless victim, later identified Jose Rivera, 41, of New York City. His next of kin has been notified in the case, while the cause and manner of death are pending further police investigation and the findings of the Regional Medical Examiner’s Office.
