One has freedom to agitate, not to spread anarchy: Haryana CM Khattar in R-Day address
In his Republic Day address after hoisting the tricolour during a function in Panchkula, Khattar said the Constitution talks about rights, but these rights do not give us the “freedom to do anything”.

CHANDIGAR: In an apparent reference to the farmers stir against the Centre s new farm laws, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Tuesday said one has the freedom to agitate, but not to spread anarchy.

Chandigarh, Jan 26 : While taking a significant step towards fulfilling promise to make available round-the-clock power supply in villages, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Tuesday announced to include 223 more villages in the Mhara Gaon, Jagmag Gaon scheme.
With this, the total number of villages will increase to 5,223.
Khattar said this while addressing the gathering after unfurling the national flag on the occasion of 72nd Republic Day in Panchkula near Chandigarh.

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Tuesday said it is now clear that the farm agitation is no longer under the control of farmers leaders. He alleged that command of the farm agitation is now in the hands of such anarchic elements whose ideology is different from the farmers interest .
