Date Time HKU wins USFHK Men’s Badminton Championship The University of Hong Kong (HKU) defeated Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) and won the University Sports Federation of Hong Kong (USFHK) Men’s Badminton Championship. In the deciding match of a best 3 of 5, with Joshua Wang Che winning his final singles match with 21-7 and 21-12. The final match was held at the Education University of Hong Kong on April 25 (Sunday). “This is the first time in over 30 years that HKU men’s badminton team has won the overall University Championships,” said Dr. Michael Tse, Director of the Centre for Sports and Exercise, who was there along with Mr Steve Lo, Executive Vice-President (Administration and Finance) of HKU, to support the team.
