CINCINNATI (FOX19) - A Price Hill woman will be up for parole next month, 37 years after she was infamously convicted for murdering her husband and enlisting their children in burying his body.
Among those who want to make sure she stays behind bars is one of her children, Roxanne Wagner.

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Cincinnati police say a woman was indicted Tuesday in connection with a fatal West Side shooting in Nov. 2020.
Kyerra Bronaugh, 26, was indicted by a Hamilton County Grand Jury for aggravated murder in the death of Teddy Williams, police said in a news release.
Bronaugh is accused of setting up a meeting with Williams at the location of the homicide, according to the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office.

The Hamilton County Prosecutor s office is asking potential additional victims to come forward after indicting a man for multiple rapes, kidnapping and aggravated robbery Friday.
According to Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph Deters, 30-year-old Adonas Hicks has been charged with raping three people at gunpoint between September and November 2020. Both victims from the attacks in November were transgender, and Hicks may have hoped they would not report the attacks to police, according to Deters.

The Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio is renewing calls for transparency in the investigation as neither bodycam footage or the names of the officers involved have been released. The investigation is being conducted by the Cincinnati Police Department and the Hamilton County Prosecutor s Office.
Colerain Police said excluding themselves from the investigation is their effort to be as accountable and fair as possible. The department also says they are working with the Urban League to fulfill their document requests.
League Executive Director Rickell Smith said releasing footage and the names of officers involved is a simple step toward ensuring transparency and building public trust.

Yost: Drug interdiction task forces seize over $29M in narcotics in 2020
Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, Governor Mike DeWine and Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent in Charge Vance Callender Friday announced that the Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission (OOCIC) seized more than $29 million in illegal drugs this year, resulting in 200 criminal charges and the indictment of 102 people.
“Drug dealers don’t worry about social distancing, and they didn’t take 2020 off,” Yost said. “Expanded funding through RecoveryOhio was integral to our success, and I’m grateful for our partnership with Gov. DeWine and Homeland Security Investigations – the return on funding is evident in these success stories.”
