CINCINNATI (FOX19) - A 57-year-old pedestrian who was struck and critically hurt on northbound Interstate 471 Downtown last week has died, according to the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office.
Wayne Green of Cheviot was pronounced dead Sunday at University of Cincinnati Medical Center, a coroner’s report shows.
The highway was shut down for several hours after the incident was reported about 10:40 p.m. Tuesday.

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - We now know the identity of a man inside a car that caught on fire in East Price Hill last month.
Joseph Reuteman, 58, was found dead after Cincinnati firefighters put out a fully involved vehicle fire in the 1400 block of Neff Avenue on March 30, according to the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office.
Coroner’s officials said last week they had to use dental and X-ray records to help identify him.
Police: Coroner responds to fatal Columbia Parkway crash

The Hamilton County Coroner’s Office responded to a fatal crash that shut down Columbia Parkway for several hours overnight, Cincinnati police say.
The main east-west thoroughfare along the Ohio River in eastern Cincinnati was blocked between Delta Avenue and William Howard Taft Road in Columbia Tusculum from about 10 p.m. Sunday until just before 4 a.m. Monday, police said.
It’s not clear what led up to the crash, which occurred in the westbound lanes involving a single vehicle, they said.
The Cincinnati Police Traffic Unit, which handles all serious or fatal crashes, is investigating.
