Chelsea Knipper, 31, was arrested early Friday on numerous charges. It all started in Alexandria, Kentucky. That’s where officials with the Ohio State Highway Patrol say they responded to reports of a “suspicious person in a parking lot.”Troopers say they found Knipper, who was reported to have multiple warrants, inside of her vehicle. As authorities approached her car, troopers say she fled, striking an Alexandria police officer while fleeing. That officer only suffered minor injuries. A 39-year-old man was declared guilty of attempted murder Thursday after prosecutors said he entered his ex-girlfriend’s apartment last year and shot her multiple times.
Court records show Arjewus Willis was found guilty of attempted murder and pointing a firearm in the early Oct. 13 shooting. The verdict was delivered Thursday after a one-day trial, the prosecutor s office stated.
Marion County prosecutors said Willis entered his ex-girlfriend’s apartment through the back door and fired a shotgun through a glass window, striking her in the neck, back and shoulder. Willis shot her a second time in the arm before escaping through the back door, prosecutors said.

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - A man is facing felony child pornography charges after deputies say he shared images with undercover officers.
John “Ned” Donnelly, 55, was arrested on Wednesday for pandering obscenity involving a minor, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.
A team started an undercover investigation of Donnelly’s internet activities, the sheriff’s office said.
As the investigation went on, Donnelly started sharing child pornography with the undercover officers, deputies explained.
