Hamilton city officials are urging people eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine to use the province s online booking tool once it opens on Monday.
Paul Johnson, director of the city s emergency operations centre, said it s been a less than smooth process so far in booking appointments. That can change, he said, with the province s system. It opens to residents aged 80 and older next week.
The city s COVID-19 Hotline at 905-974-9848, option 7 is temporarily closed with immediate effect.
