Russell White served for 27 years with Hampshire Constabulary before retiring from the force in 2019. He passed away on Wednesday, but no details surrounding his death have yet been confirmed. In a tribute to the late constable, Hampshire Police Federation said that many will have know Russell as a former dog handler and from patrols in Hedge End and Portswood.
