12-year-old robbed at gunpoint by two 16-year-olds in Humble, Precinct 4 says Michelle Homer © Provided by KHOU-TV Houston A 12-year-old walking home from school was robbed at gunpoint in Humble Thursday afternoon, according to Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman. Deputies say the 16-year-old suspects took the victim’s cell phone before speeding away. That happened on Wooded Terrace Lane in the Amberwood subdivision. Not long before the robbery, investigators believe the same suspects tried to get three other students to come to their vehicle on Cottonglade Drive. The students refused and the teens fired a gun as they sped away. No one was hurt.

HOUSTON – A 12-year-old was robbed at gunpoint while walking home from school, deputies said. Harris County Precinct 4 Constable deputies responded to reports of a robbery in the 8100 block of Wooded Terrace Thursday afternoon. Deputies said the 12-year-old was walking home when another juvenile robbed him/her at gunpoint. The juvenile male suspect was taken into custody. #NOW:Deputies responded to an Aggravated Robbery in the 8100 block of Wooded Terrace, where a 12 year old walking home from school was robbed at gunpoint. Deputies in serviced the area and located the suspect vehicle. Pct. 1 deputy constable arrested on drug, money laundering charges KHOU 11 Staff © Provided by KHOU-TV Houston A Harris County deputy constable is accused of conspiring with his girlfriend to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine, the U.S Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday. A federal grand jury returned a three-count indictment April 1 against Alexsander S. Reyes, 47, and his girlfriend, Priscilla Yvette Cervantes, 44, both of Huffman. They were taken into custody Tuesday and are expected to make their initial appearances before U.S. Magistrate Judge Andrew M. Edison on Wednesday. The indictment alleges Reyes laundered what he believed was $350,000 in drug proceeds over a four-month period. At the time of the offense, Reyes was a deputy constable with Harris County Pct. 1 Constable’s Office.
