Pennsylvania State PoÂÂlice charged a Harrisburg man Tuesday for selling an informant in Logan Township $3,200 worth of cocaine between 2018 and 2020, court documents stated.
James C. Karagiannis, 21, was arraigned Tuesday by Magisterial District Judge Matthew Dunio on multiple drug-related felonies, but no bail or detainment information was provided in the resulting court documents.
In August 2018, Karagiannis allegedly delivered and sold nearly 28 grams of cocaine to a confidential informant in Logan Township for $1,600, police said.
The sale was conducted using digital communications between the informant and Karagiannis, court documents stated.
State police said the substance sold to the informant tested positive for cocaine.
