Livingston County festivals, events returning in 2021 with modifications

Livingston County festivals, events returning in 2021 with modifications Event organizers in Livingston County say annual traditions will return in 2021  with some major modifications. Then, as the vaccine became more accessible, we started looking at ways we could do modified events.
