Harley Davidson Bronx Latest Updates
It seems that Harley-Davidson will not be launching the Brox anytime soon as the upcoming bike has been removed from its future vehicles list on its website. The Harley-Davidson Brox was supposed to be its second new motorcycle along with the new Harley-Davidson Pan America. However, the Bronx seems to be a victim of the new ‘Hardwire’ strategy developed by its new CEO Jochen Zeitz.
As part of the new strategy, Harley is cutting down its product portfolio and focusing on its popular cruiser motorcycles. The Harley Pan America seems to have escaped the axe since adventure tourer motorcycles are gaining popularity in Europe. The Harley-Davidson Bron was supposed to be powered by an all-new 60-degree V-twin liquid-cooled 975cc motor, pushing out 116PS and 95Nm.

A 221kg ADV For The Trails?
Yes, KTM claims the second generation of its flagship ADV has been reworked to suit the trails. To achieve this, the engineers at KTM have moved the steering head back by 15mm, shortening the frame and making the open-lattice swingarm slightly longer. Also, replacing the conventional fuel tank is the new three-piece unit, sitting near the crankcase, with a capacity of 23 litres. Harley-Davidsonis diving into what company executives are calling a “new genre” for the motorcycle maker with the launch of its Pan America model, a touring motorcycle built for on and off-road adventure.
Chairman, president and CEO Jochen Zeitz said Pan America is the first adventure touring bike designed and built in America. However,
a promotional video for the product launch draws a comparison between the new model and Harley bikes of the pre-World War II era.
“From its inception more than a century ago, when many roads were little more than dirt trails, Harley-Davidson has stood for adventure,” Zeitz said in a statement. “The Pan America models exude that go-anywhere spirit, shared today by riders in the U.S. and around the globe who want to experience the world on a motorcycle.”
