According to the initial findings of the Income Tax Department, third party vendors were also involved in the concealment of taxable income. ‘’The survey operations on the companies resulted in impounding of incriminating documents evidencing tax evasion issues including non-deduction from tax deducted at source (TDS) on commission income and cancellation charges by Swiggy and their restaurants.

Shares of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. surged 14% to Rs 1048 apiece on Thursday after the Cabinet approved procurement of Tejas aircraft for the Indian Air Force.
The Cabinet has given an approval to procure 73 Tejas Mk-1A fighter aircraft and 10 Tejas Mk-1 trainer aircraft. The total cost for the aircraft will be Rs 45,696 crore, along with design and development sanctions worth Rs 1,202 crore, PIB said in a press release.

New Delhi: In a big push to “Make in India”, the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) on Wednesday approved the procurement of 83 Tejas Mk-1A fighter jets for the Indian Air Force from Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, in the largest-ever indigenous military aviation deal worth around Rs 48,000 crores.
