A Hillsboro resident has been indicted in Superior Court after allegedly being in possession of 18.5 grams of marijuana in Antrim last November.
Avery Grady, 22, was recently indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled drug with the intent to dispense by the Hillsborough Superior Court, North in Manchester.
Grady was allegedly found to have the marijuana in his possession on Nov. 3, 2016. Court documents say that Grady was in possession of multiple bags of marijuana.
The marijuana charge is a class B felony, punishable by three and a half to seven years in prison and up to a $4,000 fine.

A man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman at knifepoint in a two-hour daylight attack that left a woman bloody and running for help at a New Hampshire cemetery Thursday.
The alleged attacker, 27-year-old Amuri Diole of Manchester, New Hampshire, appeared in court Friday on sexual assault and threatening with a deadly weapon charges.
Diole was arrested in the Valley Street Cemetery in Manchester Thursday around 5 p.m., police said.
Officers found Diole and a woman on opposite sides of a mausoleum in the cemetery, where the woman told them she d been held against her will for nearly two hours and assaulted by Diole, who d threatened her with a knife, according to police. When she tried to escape or yell for help, Diole would allegedly hold a knife to her neck and threaten to kill her.
