Police investigate double homicide in Flint Updated Dec 22, 2020; Facebook Share FLINT, MI Police in Flint are investigating the double homicide of a man and woman. About 3:29 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 21, police received a call for a welfare check in the 1300 block of Forest Hill Avenue. Upon their arrival at the residence, police found Heather Ann Bonner, 46, and Thomas C. Biggs, 34, deceased from gunshot wounds. Both deaths are being treated as homicides, said Flint Police Detective Sgt. Tyrone Booth. Michigan State Police Crime Lab personnel responded to process the scene. Police had no suspect information to release as of Tuesday morning.
