It a direct waterfront home located on a deep water canal with a newly built private dock.
It is a straight shot out to the Albemarle Sound making it a perfect rental for those with their own boats or jet skis.
No boat? You are welcome to use the two single kayaks to explore the canals because those are included with your rental.
Relax on the dock, enjoy the sunset and then the stars, or even go for a swim in the canal..

Rather swim in a pool? Your rental includes use of the community inground pool overlooking the bay.
There is a playground, picnic area, and small beach area there also.
It is truly an amazing location to enjoy sunset.
