Detailed description is Agape Youth Ministries is the teen and young adult program at the Endicott Community Church of the Nazarene.
We seek to accomplish our mission first and foremost with unconditional love.
We believe that no matter how great our teaching is, how fun our events are, or even how much we expand, if it's done without love, then it's all for nothing.
We desire to love everyone with the same unconditional love that God loves us with.
Our main ministry targets are teenagers in grades 7-12 and young adults (after graduation through 30 years old), but also seek opportunities to bridge the generational gaps and extend our love to those younger and older as well..

Because we are part of a Nazarene church, we have an NYI (Nazarene Youth International) Council.
The NYI council is made up of adults and students each with specific ministry roles.
The council meets at least once a month to discuss the effectiveness of current curriculum, plan events and most importantly, pray and seek God's will for this ministry.
The student members are chosen by the adult staff at the beginning of each school year.
They also, along with the NYI President and adult volunteers, sign a contract agreeing to the expectations of the Youth Pastor to show they are willing to be held accountable as leaders in this ministry, our congregation and the surrounding community.
