Detailed description is Providing photography for families faced with losing a child.
{maternity.birth.NICU.hospice} This is a story of love, faith and Grace.
A long, long time ago I was given the gift of Grace.
Tiny and not yet ready for this great big world, it was a gift that I was meant to carry in my heart rather than in my arms.
It has taken me some time to find meaning in that loss.
I am a photographer ...
not because I love cameras and equipment but because I love to experience emotion, capture moments and help folks tell their stories.
This is a piece of mine..
I have been working on a dream.
It didn't seem to make sense at first but I believed in it and today I get to share it.
I have been working with families ...
photographing their most precious moments.
Their first and last moments with their babies.
I am there for these births and in the hours after, I stay.
If it's the middle of the night or the early morning ...
if it takes hours upon hours, I'm there ...
because these are the moments they can't get back.
This has been a non~profit portion of my business.
I do it for Grace.
And I am a tiny piece of something {MUCH} bigger here.
I consider it the greatest honor to hold these babies when the time their parents have with them is so short.
To be able to document a life is a gift that's full of Grace..
