Usha Sreenivas at the tender age of five.
His former dance Gurus were Nilambur Indrani Vishwanath, Geetha Sukumaran, Nilambur Mohan Master, Gireesh Naduvath, Kalamandalam Husna Banu, Dr.
Vasundhara Duraisami and Smt.
Vyjayanthi Kashi..

He got training in Kuchipudi dance 15 years from the well known Kuchipudi Dancer Smt.
NatyaVisharatha Anupama Mohan.
He has Performed along with his guru *Anupama Mohan* on various stages at Temple festivals through out South India also at the Kuchipudi Village, Chithambaram, Thanjavoor, Kumbakonam, Thiruvuyyar and Tirupati.
He has also performed Kuchipudi dance at the National Program held in Delhi in connection with the 150th Anniversary of the freedom movement of 1857..

Under the guidance of his Guru Smt.
Anupama Mohan, Anil Vettikkattiri has choreographed the Famous work of Annamacharya, and other great writers in to outstanding dance forms.
His students continue to excel in Kuchipudi Dance in the Kerala State Youth Festivals from the year 2007 onwards..

In the traditional style of Kuchipudi, it was the male dancers performed female roles dressed as women.
