ROTC consists of:.
-PT (physical training) - starting at 0545-0700 in order to finish before 0800 classes.
PT consists of strength training (push ups, sit ups, pull ups, etc.), cardio training (2-6 mile runs, sprints and circuit training) and weight training.
-Military Science classes - learning the meaning of leadership, army values and necessary skills it takes to become a successful and effective Army Officer .
-Lab - One Saturday a month Cadets complete extra training varying from classroom work taught by seniors, Land Navigation and STX (squad tactical exercise) .
