Detailed description is Our goal is to establish a support network for autism communities of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.
Autism Society of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo is a network of parents supporting parents with the support from professionals.
We have identified a need in our community for a hub for families to go once they get an autism diagnosis.
We have an office space with a lending shelf and sensory items.
We host parent support group meetings as well as host family events throughout the year.
We are looking to build an Autism Centre here in the RMWB to help support all disabilities on and around the spectrum.
All donations stay in the RMWB..
