First Point Floating Support can provide support to you in your own home or where you feel most comfortable.
We support in the following areas:.

- accessing and appealing welfare and benefit claims.
- advice and assistance with daily living skills including budgeting and help with debts.
- support in court with rent arrears issues.
- supporting you to find more suitable accommodation.
- helping you to access a range of services in your local community, including education, training, healthcare and leisure.
- acting as an advocate on your behalf or linking in with other agencies for you (such as your landlord, Deaprtment of Work and Pensions, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council).

We can be available to support you between 8am and 8pm seven days a week..
