In order to prevent further instances of this occurring, Boca Tanning Club of Coral Gables reserves the right to charge a booking fee $20 paid upfront to book an appointment.
A single change of appointment time is possible not later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
In such a case, the booking fee of $20 is credited forward to next appointment which is to take place within 14 days.
Boca Tanning Club of Coral Gables reserves the right to charge a fee of 100% of the booking fee ($20) for all missed appointments (“No Shows”)..
