A few years ago, I made a decision to more intentionally integrate wellness in my life.
That decision has lead me to learn more about eating well, nourishing my spirit on many levels and using more natural products in my home and for my family.
I became a Wellness Coach (through Mayo Clinic's wellness coach training), and I am a Wellness Advocate with doTERRA.

My most rewarding experiences are to connect with others and walk with them on their own journey or share what has worked for me and see it make a difference in another's life.
So, my vision for this online space is to share, in hopes that others may be more well through that sharing.

Another passion of mine is collecting "junk;" turning old, rugged pieces into something new.
In a sense, making them well again.

So, I'm sure I'll get asked - why the name "Bottoms Up?" Well, it is relevant to where I live, but also a saying that represents making things well in many ways.
For example, my passion for turning something that may be thought of as junk into something decorative or useful; picking it up from the bottom of the pile and making something useful or decorative of it = Bottoms Up.
