We are located on nine acres of land in Watkinsville, Georgia.
Our staff consists of a speech pathologist, a physical therapist, four therapeutic riding instructors, a barn manager and seven gentle, patient and loving horses.
Volunteers are relied on to help with all lessons and horse care.
Students with a wide range of disabilities benefit from our programs that enhance their physical and mental skills, aid in mobilization and promote socialization and communication..

We love what we do here at Butterfly Dreams because we have seen real results from our students who partake in either of the two forms of therapy – Therapeutic Riding and Hippotherapy.
Therapeutic riding teaches horse care and riding to children with special needs while Hippotherapy allows children with motor and speech deficits to participate in therapy while riding a horse.
Our students are able to gain motor and speech skills in a much more fun way than they can inside a clinical setting.
