Absolutely no bias or untruths in sharing this story..

No small child at the school age of Kindergarten, First or Second Grade can possibly be held accountable for childsplay & basic misbehavior.
No elementary aged child can be, really.

This so called "core values" & appropriate "behavior' at a school is a learned process to be taught by the school, if it has not been or is not, then the school is to solely responsible and to blame for an utter disservice.

If a parent is passionately involved from day one and works with the school, they are in no way to be held on any wrong-doing.
If the school completely disrespects and discredits the parents ideas, requests and input - then maliciously blames a small child and parent and begins *reporting* trivial events to the Department of Children and Families (in an effort to get us in trouble, have a small child arrested (?) have a child removed from the home (?!)...then the school is to be held accountable to the full extent of the law for the disservice and emotional abuse damage it has caused the absolutely innocent child and family members..
