Detailed description is Carver Martial Arts has a belt system in tae kwon Do, ages 6yrs old and up.
Youth will learn self discipline, physical Fitness, building confidence.
Carver Martial Arts is open 6 days a week, with classes starting at 4pm.
CLASSES 6-8yrs 4-5pm, 9-12yrs 5-6pm, 13-16yrs 6-7pm, 17yrs-Adults 7-8pm.
Saturdays 10-2pm.
Carver Martial Arts has the following equipment, 18x18 octagon cage, 4 different types of heavy bags, speed bag, pull up tower w/ dips and leg throws, double ended strike bag, slam ropes, tractor tires for flipping, open matted flooring.
There is equipment such as boxing gloves, head gear, shin guards, MMA gloves, etc.
Looking to start a cardio kickboxing class at 8pm.
