Detailed description is Child Nutrition Services is committed to providing nutritious and delicious meals, at an affordable price, to students in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools! Child Nutrition provides healthy meals to more than 130,000 students and staff members in 167 schools each day.
Each day 32,000 breakfasts and 72,000 lunches are served to children.
This totals more than 20 million meals in a year.
In addition, snacks are prepared for all After School Enrichment Programs.
