Detailed description is We are a community activity of First Church of Christ, Scientist, Richmond, located at 1211 East Main St..in downtown Richmond.
Hours: Mon-Fri 11am-3pm.
This Reading Room is a quiet place for the public to read, do research and pray using Bible study aids and authorized literature on Christian Science.
We have an archive of church publications dating to the founding of the first Christian Science magazines in the 1890s, books marked for the study of the weekly Bible lesson, and other materials helpful to an understanding of Christian teachings as interpreted by Mary Baker Eddy, the discoverer and founder of Christian Science.
We are located just two blocks from the State Capitol in historic downtown Richmond and currently open to the public Monday through Friday, 11am-3pm.
