I have loved art since I was a young girl.
My dad traveled a lot for work and I was always so excited when he would come home because I knew I was getting a surprise and it was usually a paint by number set!! I was in painting heaven..

I took art classes in high school and years later took tole painting classes for about 3 years.
I sold many of my paintings and also took part in area craft shows..

I took some time off painting to pursue a nursing career and became a Registered Nurse.
Then came scrapbooking!! I swear I have every tool ever made! Papercrafting is a blast and is near and dear to my heart..

In the last couple to years, I have rekindled my love for painting and last year retired from my nursing career.
As much as I loved nursing, it's now full speed ahead with my love for arts and crafts..

I have recently taken classes in mixed media and gotten really excited about the art journal and personal planner world.
