CAP has come a long way from its humble beginnings and today employs over 80 people in seven offices now including the Tr-County WIC offices in Oneida, Rome, Utica, and Herkimer.
Historically we have served one out of every 16 residents of Madison County.
CAP works for and with low-and moderate-income families in Madison County to provide education, guidance, and resources for individuals and families striving for economic self sufficiency.
We are the only not-for-profit, non-governmental agency in Madison County with a mission to serve the low-income community.
