Detailed description is A freshly remodeled vacation rental with pleasant décor and upgraded kitchen on South Beach frontage Blvd.
Walk 2-blocks to public beach.

Open floor plan w/wood floors, ceiling fans in all rooms, wood fireplace and 4 flat screen TVs (2 smart).
Back patio has a grill w/ patio table and 6 chairs, 4 lounge recliners and 2 side chairs.
Outdoor fire pit w/ firewood furnished.
Play Frisbee in the back yard or lounge on the couch & watch the 47” smart TV.
No need to rent bikes, kayak, or paddle board for we have them.
Entertainment includes a lower level game and family area (table tennis, table games, and darts and two TVs (1 smart).
We provide complimentary incidental cleaning supplies, spices, and coffee, just to name a few.
We also have beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, cooler, & buggy cart ready for your day at the beach.
Enjoy our four-foot yard swing for those who want to stay behind and enjoy a lake view with a good book or a nap.
For your enjoyment wireless internet and Dish satellite are available.
Central air conditioning, washer/dryer, Granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers (8-cup), library, board games.
