HOWDY! I'm Roy and I'm the owner of this little BAR BQ.
Our family has a farm and ranch near Estelline, which at one time was the largest cattle shipping rail head in the world.
We love to smoke meat and have done so for many years for family and friends and now want to bring it to the world.
I would love to MEAT you! Please stop by even if you're not hungry..

We smoke meat and operate like an old cow-town Meat Market.

I make my own BAR BQ sauce and rubs in house.
We don't put ketchup in our sauce-- I don't like corn syrup, but I do use a tomato paste base.
We bottle and sell our sauce in mason jars.
